RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14-Day Return Period Our return policy extends for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging with tag.
  • We do not accept returns for items that are worn, without tag, damaged or marked in anyway.

To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Request Email Please refrain from sending your purchase back without first sending us a return request email.

Partial Refunds In specific situations, we may grant partial refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Sale Items All sales and discounted items are considered final and cannot be returned for a refund. In certain cases, we may accept returns, but you will receive a credit for the order amount minus the shipping cost.

Refunds We offer full refunds for items returned within 14 days of delivery date. However, we reserve the right to decline refunds and returns that we deem unreasonable. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in refund posting.
  3. Contact your bank. Some processing time is normal before a refund is posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Hello@snugglespj.com.au

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with the same item originally purchased. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, send us an email at Hello@snugglespj.com.au, and we will guide you through the return process.

Exchanges are valid only for items returned within 14 days of delivery date. If you discover a defect upon receiving your product, please contact us within 14 days for assistance. We cannot exchange or replace items showing signs of wear and tear beyond this period.

Shipping To return a product for a valid reason, mail the item to the designated address provided to you via email at Hello@snugglespj.com.auYou are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

If the product is damaged due to a defect in "SnugglesPJ' product integrity, we will cover the cost of the return.
