We only use Australia Post for our postage.

Will my order be tracked?
Yes! Postage within Australia; standard and express shipping services offer tracking and signature on delivery. You will be provided with your tracking details via email, If you do not provide an email, we will not be able to send you a confirmation email and updated tracking status.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note, our standard and express shipping service does require a signature on delivery.

Can I update my delivery address?
As we try to dispatch orders within one business day, we cannot guarantee a change in address will be received before dispatch. If you do manage to catch us while we are processing your order, we will be sure to make the change for you. Alternatively, you will need to contact the delivery service in possession of your parcel. You will find their details in your shipping confirmation email.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us to notify you of the dispatch and provide a tracking number for you to check the status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Hello@snugglespj.com.au with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Lost Parcel
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery. Please note that once Australia Post marks your package as delivered, we have fulfilled our obligation, and we are not responsible for any lost or missing items.
If you have concerns about the delivery, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly for further assistance.
Unclaimed and Return to Sender Items
If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, please contact us to arrange redelivery. We will issue an invoice for the Return to Sender fee of $15. While we are happy to ship your item again, please note that this fee will not be covered by us.
If you prefer a refund instead of redelivery, the Return to Sender fee of $15 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
